You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Enabling two-factor authentication in your account settings is strongly recommended.

Every saree is handwoven. Slight irregularities in weave, zari, motif placement and colour are inherent to handloom textiles and are not defects. Photographs are shot in natural light; on-screen colour may vary slightly by display.

Each piece is one-of-a-kind or made in very limited numbers. Availability shown on the site is indicative until your order is confirmed.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise on the product page. A tax invoice is issued with every order.

Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. We never see or store your full card, UPI or netbanking credentials. An order is confirmed only after payment is authorised; if authorisation fails or is reversed, the order is cancelled.

We may correct obvious pricing errors. If a price was clearly wrong, we will contact you before dispatch and either honour the correct price with your consent or cancel and refund in full.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for stock, payment-verification, fraud-prevention or serviceability reasons and will refund any amount already paid.

You may cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched by writing to support@srichintamanivriti.com with your order number.

Delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy and Refund Policy.

Discount codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, carry no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from issue, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping, automated bulk ordering, reverse engineering, attempts to breach security, or uploading unlawful, infringing or abusive content in reviews and enquiries. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach this clause.

All imagery, text, design, logos and the compilation of this website belong to Sri ChintamaniVriti and are protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

By submitting a review you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the site. Reviews are moderated; we may decline content that is defamatory, off-topic or contains personal data of others.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, natural events, strikes or governmental action.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Notice, issued under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
